    This resort boasts an excellent location and clean facilities. The staff were great, especially around the pool area. Dining options were abundant, though some restaurants had limited hours. Do reserve early. Popular spots often fill up! The wellness spa is a can't-miss highlight. A solid choice for family vacations!

    Beautiful view from the Junior Suite.

    The air conditioning barely worked. The food was subpar, and we often had to wait excessively for room service. When we requested help with the faulty shower, it took forever to get a response, leaving us frustrated.

    It was just an ideal choice for a city break in Cancun with very nice value for money. The food service was slow, but the breakfast at the pool cafe was tasty. Be ready for high-pressure sales tactics at the concierge.

    The rooms were neat and airy and view of the beach and the ocean was lovely! Had a mini bar, a safe, and coffee. The location in a shopping area was great and beautiful and there were a shopping area and a market nearby. The breakfast was enjoyable, the check in was quick.

    The room was spacious and meticulously clean, with a comfortable king-size bed and a lovely balcony with fine ocean views.
